Terms and their definitions

Address - identification information of the place of delivery of the Goods, clearly and unambiguously determining the name of the street, the number of the building and (if available) the number of the apartment (room, office).

Order - a request sent via the Internet and / or communicated by the Buyer to the Seller by phone with an aim to purchase the goods selected in the online store, as well as its delivery to the address specified in the request.

Online store - an Internet site owned by the Seller, located on the Internet at http://belrig.by, where the buyer can familiarize himself with the presented Goods, their description and price, allowing you to select a specific Product, its payment method, delivery conditions Goods to the Buyer or Recipient, form and send the Order to the Seller by e-mail or order by phone.

User - an individual, a visitor to the Site, accepting the terms of this Agreement and wishing to place Orders on the site http://belrig.by

Buyer - User who placed an Order on the website http://belrig.by.

Seller - Individual entrepreneur Buevskiy Aleksander Aleksandrovich (UNP 193320645)

Website - http://belrig.by, belongs to the Seller and is administered by the latter.

Goods - goods presented for sale on the Seller’s Website.


1. General Provisions

1.1. The seller sells the Goods through the online store at http://belrig.by.

1.2. When ordering Goods through the online store, the User agrees to the Terms of Agreement set forth below (hereinafter - the Agreement). In case of disagreement with the present Agreement, the User should stop using the service and leave the site http://belrig.by.

1.3. This Agreement, as well as information about the Goods provided on the Site, are a public offer in accordance with the Article 405 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus.

1.4. The user agrees to the Terms of Agreement by putting a mark in the column "I have read the Terms of the Agreement and agree to the terms of security and processing of personal data" when registering on the Site, as well as when placing an Order on the Site.

1.5. The Agreement may be amended unilaterally by the Seller without notifying the User / Buyer.


2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The subject of this Agreement is to enable the User to purchase the Products presented in the catalog of the online store at http://belrig.by.

2.2. This Agreement applies to all types of Goods and services presented on the Site, while such offers with a description are present in the catalog of the Online Store.


3. Registration on the site

3.1. The seller is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the User during registration.

3.2. The User agrees not to inform to the third parties the username and password specified during registration. If the User suspects that his username and password may be used by the third parties , the User undertakes to immediately notify the Seller about this by sending an email to: [email protected].

3.3. When registering on the site, the User / Buyer agrees to indicate his real name and surname. The communication of the User/Buyer with the representatives of the Seller should be based on the principles of generally accepted morality and communication etiquette. It is strictly forbidden to use obscene words, abuse, abusive language, as well as threats and blackmail, no matter in what form and to whom they were addressed.


4. Terms of purchase

4.1. The Buyer's order may be placed by telephone and / or through the Site.

4.1.1. When placing an Order by phone, the Buyer provides the Seller with the following necessary information for placing an Order: last name, first name, patronymic (if any) of the Buyer or Recipient of the Order, delivery address of the Goods and contact phone number.

4.1.2. When placing an Order through the Site, the Buyer fills out an electronic Order Form for the goods and sends the generated Order to the Seller via the Internet.

4.2. The information in the Order received by the Seller is agreed with the Buyer or Recipient by contact phone or e-mail in order to clarify, including the specific date and time of delivery of the Goods. The specific date and time of delivery depends on the place of delivery and the time required by the Seller to process the Order.

4.3. If, upon receipt of the Order, it is discovered that the Seller does not have the required Product or its quantity, the Seller informs the Buyer about this by sending a message to the specified e-mail or by contact phone number reflected in the Order. The Buyer has the right to agree to accept the Goods in the quantity available to the Seller, or to refuse the Order (cancel it).

4.5. In the event that the Buyer has questions regarding the description of the Goods, before placing the Order, the Buyer must contact the Seller by phone specified in the "Contacts" section of the online store website or by [email protected].


5. Order Delivery Terms


5.1. The methods, terms and cost of delivery of goods are indicated on the Site in the "Delivery" section.

5.2. Delays in delivery are possible due to unforeseen circumstances that did not occur through the fault of the Seller.


5.3. The delivery cost of each Order is calculated based on various parameters, including the method and place of delivery.

5.4. The obligation of the Seller to transfer the goods to the Buyer is considered fulfilled at the time of delivery of the goods by the courier to the recipient or at the time of receipt of the goods by the recipient in the post office.


6. Payment for goods

6.1. The price of the goods is indicated next to a specific name of the goods on the website of the online store in Belarusian rubles (BYN).

6.2. The price of the Goods on the Site may be changed by the Seller unilaterally. Moreover, the price of the goods ordered by the Buyer is not subject to change.

6.3. Payment for the Goods by the Buyer or Recipient is made through an electronic payment form on the Website of the Online Store. Payment in cash is not accepted.



7. Return of goods

7.1. Return of Goods of the appropriate quality

7.1.1. In accordance with paragraph 1 of the Art. 28 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Protection of Consumer Rights" the consumer has the right within fourteen days from the moment of transfer of the non-food product to him to return the goods of good quality or exchange them for a similar product of other size, shape, style, color or configuration, making the necessary payment with the Seller in case of a price difference.

7.1.2. Moreover, in accordance with clause 2 of the Art. 28 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the consumer’s demand for the exchange or return of goods is subject to satisfaction if the goods were not in use, its consumer properties are preserved and there is evidence of its purchase from this seller. In the event of exchange or return of goods, the consumer is obliged to return the goods in consumer packaging if the goods were sold in such packaging.

7.2. Return of Non-conforming Goods:

7.2.1. In the event of the sale of a product of inadequate quality, the Buyer has the right to:
- to replace a defective product with a product of good quality (if available in the warehouse) within 14 calendar days;

- a commensurate reduction in the purchase price of the product (by mutual agreement of the parties) within 7 calendar days;
- gratuitous elimination of product defects (in case of possible elimination of defects) within 14 calendar days;
- a refund of the money paid for the product within 7 calendar days.

7.2.2. The Buyer has the right to return the product containing the defect, without original packaging.

7.2.3. The aforementioned requirements may be presented by the Buyer if product defects are discovered within 14 business days from the date of transfer of the product to the Buyer (or during the warranty period established for this type of product), but no later than within two years.

7.3. When paying with a bank payment card, cash refunds are not allowed. Settlements with the consumer when returning the sum of money paid for the goods are carried out in the same form in which the goods were paid. The return procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems. The procedure for the return of goods is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2002 N 90-Z “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.

7.4. To return money to a bank payment card, you need to fill out a request form for returning goods placed on the site.

7.5. The refund will be made to the bank payment card within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the "Application for the return of funds". The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. To return funds for operations with errors, it is necessary to apply with a written application to [email protected].


8. Confidentiality and data protection

8.1. When registering on the Site, the User provides the following required information: Surname, Name, email address, password to access the Site.

8.2. Providing personal data when registering on the Site, the User agrees to their processing by the Seller.

8.3. The Seller uses the personal data of the User/Buyer:

- to register the User on the Site;

- to fulfill its obligations to the User/Buyer;

- to evaluate and analyze the operation of the Site.

8.3.1. The Seller has the right to send informational, including advertising messages, to the User's/Buyer's e-mail with his consent. The User/Buyer has the right to refuse to receive advertising and other information without explaining the reasons for the refusal. Service messages informing the User/Buyer about the order and the stages of its processing are sent automatically and cannot be rejected by the User/Buyer.

8.4. The Seller is not responsible for the information provided by the User/Buyer on the Site in a public form.

8.5. The security of making a payment is ensured by modern methods of verification, encryption and data transfer through closed communication channels. Card data is entered on the bank’s secure authorization page. To pay, you must enter the card details: number, holder name, expiration date and a three-digit security code. The three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard) is the three digits on the back of the card. If the card supports 3D-Secure technology, you will be redirected to the page of the bank that issued the card to enter the security code.

 8.6. The personal information provided by the User/Buyer (for example: name, address, phone, e-mail, bank card number, etc.) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. Card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on this Internet resource.

9. Other provisions

9.1. The Seller has the right to assign or in any other way transfer his rights and obligations arising from his relationship with the Buyer to third parties.

9.2. The online store and the services provided may be temporarily partially or completely unavailable due to preventive or other work or for any other technical reasons. The technical service of the Seller has the right to periodically carry out the necessary preventive or other work with or without prior notice to Buyers.

9.3. The relations between the User/Buyer and the Seller are subject to the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

9.4. In case of questions and complaints from the User/Buyer, he must contact the Seller by e-mail, by phone or by any other available means. The parties will try to resolve all arising disputes through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

9.5. The recognition by the court of the invalidity of any provision of this Agreement does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.


10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

10.1 Customers are expected to pay any amount charged by the government or customs at the destination. This includes but is not limited to: duties, taxes, and any extra fees charged by the courier company. Belrig will not be held responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.

10.2 As customs policies vary widely our store is unable to advise what the cost may be. Therefore, please contact your local customs office or the corresponding logistics company for more information.Customs requirements are quite different in each country. Please include information about particular Customs requirements as necessary while you are placing your order: Belrig will support you as much as possible.

10.3 If any customers refuse to pay the above charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be deleted from the order amount, any remaining funds will be refunded.

10.4 By making an international cross-border order, the Buyer enters into a public offer-contracts for the purpose of goods declaring, customs duties payment and delivery in respect goods:

sent by international mail – contract offer with local state Post Service (USPS, Royal Mail, Post NL, Deutsche Post, etc.)


Belrig is not responsible for Your obligations to pay customs duties and declare goods, as well as for the performance of its obligations to You by the Authorized operator (as mentioned above) in accordance with the public offer-contract and/or the General Terms.
